Why Everyone Should Visit Provence?
Provence is a place where light feels like a subject of its own—golden, soft, and endlessly inspiring, just as Van Gogh captured it around Arles and Saint-Rémy. On this photo tour we’ll chase story-rich scenes from the white horses of Camargue and wild coastal plains to postcard-perfect hill towns like Gordes, with timeless streets and cafés in Aix-en-Provence. When the season is right, we’ll head to Valensole for its iconic lavender landscapes, creating a portfolio that blends culture, nature, and cinematic color in one of Europe’s most photogenic regions.

What to know?
In July, Provence is at its most iconic—long, bright days, warm evenings, and (usually) peak lavender season around Valensole—so expect early starts for sunrise shoots and softer golden-hour light, with a midday break to avoid harsh sun and heat. Popular locations like lavender fields and hill towns can be busy, so we’ll plan smart timing, choose quieter viewpoints, and always follow local etiquette (no stepping into fields). Bring light summer layers, a hat, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes, and plenty of water, plus a wide lens for landscapes and a telephoto for compressing rows, details, and candid moments. The reward is classic Provence color, rhythm, and atmosphere—perfect for building a cohesive, cinematic series.
